A: Provide 2D drawings (CAD) or 3D models (STP/IGS format). If there are no drawings, we can provide samples for reverse modeling.
How long is the production cycle?
A: 3-7 days for samples, 15-25 days for molds and 7-15 days for mass production (depending on quantity and complexity).
Can you provide free samples?
A: Small-sized and simple samples are free of charge (freight is required), and a small amount of proofing fee is required for complex samples, which can be returned after bulk orders.
What's the mode of payment?
A: 30% deposit is paid in advance for regular orders, and 70% delivery is paid after production is completed; Long-term cooperation customers can negotiate monthly settlement.
Can export products provide customs clearance information?
